My entire travel philosophy in one booking: Maison Verte's dinner menu runs €85 and books out three weeks ahead. The identical kitchen serves a three-course set lunch on weekdays for €34, and last Tuesday there were free tables at 12:30.
The garden room is the prettiest dining space I know in the 11th — banquettes the color of sea glass, plants crowding every sill, filament bulbs against the glass roof. At lunch it fills with soft daylight and the whole room glows.
The menu is whatever the market said that morning. I drew a chilled courgette soup with mint, hake with beurre blanc that belonged on a dinner menu, and a cherry clafoutis that settled an argument I'd been having with myself about clafoutis since 2019. With a glass of Chablis and coffee I was out the door at €47.
Would I pay €85 for dinner here? Probably. Will I ever need to? No.
What was ordered
Three-course set lunch: courgette-mint soup, hake beurre blanc, cherry clafoutis.
The room
Daylight through a glass roof, plants everywhere, the gentle clink of a room that's mostly locals on lunch break.

This is the single most useful review on this site. €34!! Booked for our October trip.

Report back on the dessert course — the clafoutis rotates with a chocolate thing that's also worth the trip.
